The nature of Luxembourg is an inexhaustible source of inspiration.It is Mother Nature who dictates the greement to the farmers,the hunters,the fishermens,the local producers and the chefs.
Aware of this responsability as chef in the preservation of natural ressources,we have created a new menu from traditional Luxembourgish recipes and designed some of them in new gustative pleasure.In association with local and seasonal products,it is our pleasure to introduce you a new inspiration from and for our beautiful country.
